Privacy policy.

Effective Nov 2, 2026. What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Draft This page is a working draft for review. Final wording is confirmed before launch.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and, for Google sign-in, the identifier Google provides. We never receive your Google password.
  • Plan and billing data: your configuration, invoices and the payment reference from Stripe or the crypto payment processor. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Service logs: connection metadata such as timestamps, bytes transferred and the proxy used, kept to operate, secure and bill the service.

2. What we do not do

We do not inspect the content of HTTPS traffic that passes through the proxies, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Why we process it

To provide and bill the service, to prevent abuse, to answer support requests and to meet legal obligations.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website stores your theme preference, a sign-in session and any configuration you save in your browser’s local storage. These are not used for tracking.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service (payment providers, email delivery, hosting) and when required by law.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open and for a limited period afterwards to meet accounting obligations. Service logs are kept for a short rolling window unless needed to investigate abuse.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your account data by contacting support. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Contact

Privacy questions go to support.
